About

I study an Art and Design Level 3 Diploma at the Birmingham Metropolitan college of Art and Design, along with a Communication and Culture A level. In my free time I enjoy to read books and spend time admiring nature and dreaming up plans for the future with those close to me, before painting the inspirational ones onto canvas!

All of the works on my shop are done separately from college work, as I enjoy the motivation and passion of my illustration at home, gliding me through my compositions to final outcomes.

My acrylic studies are very illustrative, as I usually produce works based on fictional novels and people I know/know of entwined into experiences or fantastical ideas that crop up into my imagination, often with the desire to see them brought to life, this is what I do!

I am very admiring of the extraordinary possibilities and wildlife that the world and nature its self has to offer us, after a short time in further education it is a dream of mine to travel and venture into the world with new life experiences ahead, so for the time being, I enjoy enhancing these dreams by recording them with a paintbrush in hand! Sometimes I see a face and someone's lifestyle and cultural values and my mind explodes with possibilities and elements they could fit with, inspiring me to illustrate. Being very earthy, I love to create entire new worlds, in which the current reality in all its beauty of nature whirls with the futuristic abstract ideas of my imagination, adding a spark and a twist here and there to my compositions. You will often see glittery paint in my work as I find it visually interesting and brightens it up when glinting in the light (who doesn't like glittery paint?!).

My work often includes cultural aspects, as its a large influence of our lifestyle and I enjoy adding personality to compositions. Contrasting colours are a large statement within my work, creating a galaxy of intertwining surroundings and vibrancies in using cool and warm colours to mix up your emotions and allowing tricky human perceptions different to the individual.

I like to imagine that my work inspires people to embrace natures beauty from my raw and inventive designs.
